Payment
It is your duty to inform us once you've made payment, especially if it is by bank transfer, as we do not check our accounts everyday and cannot track all payment coming in.
Bank transfer
Bank Transfer can simply be done at any ATM machine or online with banks such as DBS and POSB. Upon receiving confirmation for your order, we will send along our account number and type for you to transfer the payment to.
Once we verify receiving payment, we will mail you your order/s immediately! We recommend using this method as it's much faster and safer than the others.
Cash
We accept cash payment through the mail - at your own risk.
I have been told by a postman from Singpost that it was not allowed to post money through mail. Therefore, we would try not to accept concealed cash if you could do bank transfer or ibanking.
However, if you insist on concealed cash, the cash must be properly concealed so as to be discreet. Upon confirmation of your order, we will send you the address to send the money to. Please give it a few days to arrive. Note: We do not give change. You either send the exact amount of money or more (if you're feeling generous!) as cash is non transferable over orders.
Tips on sending cash safely:
1. Always write the return address, just in case something goes wrong.
2. Tape up all parts of your envelope so that the coins cannot roll out.
3. Tape your coins to a piece of paper so that it doesn't roll around in the envelope.
4. Or better yet, don't use coins at all.
5. Always conceal the notes in paper!
